Eligibility: This offer is only valid for new hosts who have never listed a parking spot on Xtraspots before. Hosts must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract.
Promotional Period
The offer is valid from February 1 2024 to May 1, 2024. Xtraspots reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotional period at its sole discretion.
Offer Details
New hosts will receive a one-time payment of $5.00 upon the successful completion of their first hosted parking. The parking session must be completed without disputes or refunds to qualify.
Claiming the Offer
To participate, new hosts must download the Xtraspots app, register for an account, and list their driveway as an available parking spot.
The $5.00 incentive will be credited to the host's Xtraspots account within 30 days after the successful completion of their first parking session.
Restrictions
The offer is limited to one per host and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
The incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
Termination and Changes
Xtraspots reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this offer at any time without prior notice in the event of fraud, technical difficulties, or any other factor beyond Xtraspots’ control that affects the integrity or proper functioning of the offer.
Liability
Xtraspots is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by hosts while participating in the program.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by DE. Disputes arising from this program will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of DE.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the New Host Incentive Program, hosts agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
